Rautenstrauch Named Head Coach at John Carroll University

The Buffalo Lacrosse Academy is proud to announce that Joe Rautenstrauch has been named the 3rd head coach in John Carroll University Lacrosse program's history.  Coach Rautenstrauch was the head coach of Team Buffalo 2017 this past summer and was slated to work with Team Buffalo 2021 this year prior to getting the exciting news.

Coach Rautenstrauch is a Western New York native (West Seneca, NY) who played his collegiate lacrosse at Canisius College where he helped lead the Griffs to the 2012 MAAC Championship and a trip to the NCAA Tournament.  Following his collegiate lacrosse career he joined the Griffs staff where he has served as an Assistant Coach and Defensive Coordinator for the past three and a half years.

John Carroll is a NCAA Division 3 institution in Cleveland, Ohio that plays in the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) of which they were co-champions in 2016.
